Synopsis
Drug addiction and trafficking, a taboo subject in Turkmenistan of the 1980s. Sanitary engineers go underground into the sewer system. A girl recovers from drug addiction. An Uzbek woman and her two daughters arrested for transporting narcotics on the bodies. The police involved with trafficking with Afghans. With their working mothers in the fields, infants are given milk with opium.
