Synopsis

It's been 122 degrees for the last two weeks...the rivers are going dry...the power's been knocked out...a sweltering city is grinding to a halt...and for a man and his pregnant wife the worst is yet to come.

A devastating heatwave hits the Los Angeles area and a young expecting couple try to evade it by escaping to a mountain resort town.
