Synopsis
In Summer Valley, Utah, a town lost in time; teenagers Matthew and Dylan spend their time creating a campy video series parodying everyday life as a way to avoid the harsh truths of the world around them. As the two strive to become closer to the girl of their dreams and find the illusive utopia of Rain City, their reality and relationship begin to fall into pieces.
