Diego Ruiz Velázquez

Mexican filmmaker and cinematographer. In 2015 he entered the Escuela Nacional de Artes Cinematográficas (ENAC), where he is currently working on his documentary thesis. His projects include "VII Domitilas", "Aquiles y las Tortugas" and "Boleros Pasajeros"; the first two are currently on tour of festivals and the last one is... a documentary short film made for the website of The Guardian newspaper. He has also collaborated in Correspondencias: cine y pensamiento. And he has been a young jury in the FICG, in the Black Canvas FCC and, twice, in the CILECT Prize Competition.
